| Prof. Leslie Chew SC - President, Asia Pacific Institute of Experts; Dean, School of Law at the Singapore Univers ity of Social Sciences; Consultant, Peter Low Chambers LLC< /span> Prof. Leslie Chew SC is the founding a nd current Dean of the School of Law at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He has practiced law in one form or another for over 4 decades. H e was appointed Senior Counsel in 2000. In 2007 he was appointed a judge in the State Courts where he remained until his retirement in 2014. At the St ate Courts he was the Senior District Judge leading the Civil Justice Divis ion. He retired from the judiciary in 2014. Upon his retirement from the Si ngapore Legal Service, he returned to law practice. Currently, he is a Cons ultant with Peter Low Chambers LLC. He has an active practice as an arbitra tor in International Commercial Arbitrations. |

He is also recognised expert in insolvency and restructuring as well as charities governance. Gregory has given exper t witness testimony for overseas court proceedings. Gregory was appointed S enior Counsel in 2019. Tom is a member of the Executive Committee of the Law Institute of Victo ria’s Technology and Innovation Section and sits on two subcommittees: Priv acy, Cyber Security and Risk, and AI & Data. Tom also sits on the Law C ouncil of Australia’s Futures Committee. | Dr. Darryl Carlton < span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Dr. Da rryl Carlton is a leading authority on artificial intelligence governance a nd digital transformation. With over 25 years of experience spanning Austra lia and Southeast Asia, he specialises in helping organisations and legal p rofessionals navigate the complex intersection of emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks. Dr Darryl advises governments and enterprises on AI strategy and implementation. He holds a PhD in information systems, specif ically on “the causes of failure in large scale IT projects”. He has publis hed extensively on digital ethics, AI Governance and Risk Management. He is currently pursuing a second PhD in Law with a focus on ADR. Dr. Carlton is a fellow of the Australian Computer Society and currently divides his time between Australia and Thailand. |

Practicing as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singap ore, Bryan also holds non-practicing admissions in England & Wales and Washington state. His arbitration expertise covers intellectual property tr ansactions, licensing, and technology solution implementations. As External Relations Liaison f or Australia he is working to establish an Australian Chapter of APIEx. He has significant banking experience with ANZ and NAB, and has given evidence to Senate and Joint Parliamentary Inquiries in Australia. He now works pro viding debt advisory/finance broking advice and acting as an expert in bank ing and financial restructuring matters. He has been engaged as an expert i n more than 30 matters providing sole reports, joint reports and giving evi dence concurrently; and his evidence has been accepted accepted without cha llenge (other than for admissibility), or preferred/adopted, in the Federal Court of Australia, Victorian Supreme Court, NSW Supreme Court, NSW Land a nd Environment Court, and the Singapore International Court.< /p> |
 | Mr. Tan Ken Hwee – Chief Transformation & Innovation Officer (Judiciary), Supreme Court of Singapore As Chief T ransformation and Innovation Officer (Judiciary) at the Supreme Court, Ken Hwee looks after the transformation, digitalisation, innovation and technol ogy plans of the Supreme Court, the State Courts and the Family Justice Cou rts. He has also been involved in related law reform work like the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 and the Courts (Civil and Criminal Justice) Reform Act 2021. He manages the Courts of the Future workplan for the Judic iary. Before taking on this role, Ken Hwee was the Chief Prosecutor in char ge of the Financial and Technology Crime Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers. FTCD handled white-collar crime cases in Singapore, including ch eating, criminal breach of trust, corruption, cybercrime, money laundering and terrorism financing, and Securities and Futures Act and Companies Act o ffences. Ken Hwee has also been a Senior State Counsel advising on Public I nternational Law and a Senior Assistant Registrar in the Supreme Court. As State Counsel he also assisted in the development of key legislation like t he Electronic Transactions Act 1998 and the Internet Code of Practice 1996 and various iterations of the Computer Misuse Act. He has held appointments as Chief Information Officer at the Attorney-General’s Chambers and at the Supreme Court. He has been involved in legal technology in Singapore since 1990. |

/span> | Dr. You Chu anman - Senior Lecturer, School of Law, Singapore University of Social Scie nces Dr Chuanman You i s currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law, Singapore University of Social Sciences, where he specialises in the areas of corporate and financ ial regulation, law and artificial intelligence, data and platform governan ce, geopolitics and global sanctions. He was appointed as a Council Member of the Law Society of Shenzhen, China (2024-2029). Prior to joining SUSS La w, Dr You has worked at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), Nat ional University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, and Tel Avi v University. Dr You obtained his PhD from England focusing on comparative takeover regulation and path dependency theory.
